At Razzle Dazzle by Shazia Soomro, we do not offer refunds, but exchanges are allowed under the following terms:
• Items must be returned within 3 working days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Customized, made-to-order, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange requests for damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective.
